PAANEAH Foundation medical team also seized the opportunity, to sensitize the members of the community both at Ojuore market and Sango garage about Tuberculosis. Correct knowledge about causes, symptoms and mode of treatment of Tuberculosis was shared with members of the community. Emphasis was specifically placed on the fact that Tuberculosis is curable and treatment is absolutely free in all the health centres and hospitals in Ota and its environs and generally in Nigeria.
